Tony, That’s a fantastic question. And one that’s very important because what I discovered is that you can do this business with little to no money literally. And what I mean

My Seller Presentation Kit is something that doesn’t cost much money, but definitely gives you a tool to work with. And what you can do is literally just go and knock on doors. Just go and knock on doors. And what happens is that when you knock on those doors, you are able to ask a question and just simply say, I’m looking to own a house in this neighborhood. Do you know of any for sale or might be coming up for sale in the near future? That’s all you ask and they’ll either say, yes, what about mine? And now you can get in and you might be the only bidder at the auction that day, or you can come in and negotiate a deal with them and have your trusty Seller Presentation Kit, always with you. But definitely that’s an opportunity. You know, these are fantastic questions, Tony. And thank you for that question, because definitely you can do this business with little to no money.
