So if they have equity, they will carry back financing. I’ll teach that to you. But the other types of deals, sometimes they’re bank REOs. Sometimes they’re HUD properties. There’s many different types of properties we buy that are all cash. Well, when that is the case, we borrow money privately. We borrow it from people’s IRAs and 401ks and personal funds. And what I’ve found is that people are very agreeable to that. Why? Because they’re earning 0.0 something percent on their money and they love it when you come along. And what I say is, how would you like to earn bank rates on your funds that you currently have sitting idle, not earning any money?
