When you phrase things in a certain way, you will be surprised at the results you get.

For example, when I am talking to a seller to set an appointment, I would say:

“As soon as we gather all the information, and we are ready to book an appointment I would say when is the best time to do this.”

It is amazing what results you get from saying the right things.

I’ll be saying, as soon as we gather all the information and we’re ready to book an appointment, I’ll say, when now is a good time for us to do this. And it’s just amazing the results that you get from that. And it’s a good thing too, when you’re talking to a lender or potential private money lender. When now is a good time to do this. And it’s funny, the results that you get from it.
